Tel Aviv, 28 – 29 June, Angamardana
We are inviting you to join us to a special workshop with many benefits for your well being and health.
Get More From Your Mind & Body
Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
With exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere.
The class is designed by Sadhguru and conducted by Isolde, a certified teacher by Isha Hatha School of Yoga.
The workshop will take place in Tel Aviv, between 28 – 29 June and it implies the participation to 3 sesions as following:

Benefits of Angamardana
Regular practice of Angamardana revitalizes the body in many ways:
- Strengthens the spine, skeletal system, and muscular system
- Builds physical strength, fitness, and tenacity
- Takes years off the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom
- Prepares the body for Hata Yoga
“I had a great experience with Angamardhana program in Sweden, with Isolde. Usually, I feel little tired and lethargic towards end of the day. Surprisingly, I was bouncing with energy by the end of second day of Angamardhana, with intensive two sessions per day. Of course, my rigid body was resisting all stretching and bending, but I started to enjoy pushing my body to the limits. It has motivated me to getup early in the morning to do Angamardhana everyday! It is a joy to see my body giving in, day by day, to become more flexible and fit.” – Subhash Sathya Keerthy
“Hatha Yoga !!!! – I do this every morning and I feel like a car mechanic that turns the bolts to optimize his car. I literally feel how I am working for every inch of flexibility in my body. And the pay is not in dollars or euros, but in a greater feeling of carrying your body loose instead of tight and stiff.” – Var Uzh
